Before you start

What else would you like to know?

We already have a team and AI tools. Why Musuw?

If repeating briefs, organizing revisions, checking versions and chasing delivery take up your time, Musuw brings them into one workflow. Brand context, team methods and existing work stay with the task, freeing people for judgment, customers and the business.

Can I start without a complete library?

Start with one task and the relevant product introduction, article or customer question. See how that workflow works, then gradually add brand context and team methods.

How does Musuw reduce omissions and repeated checks during handoff?

Link requirements, sources, feedback, owners and the current version to the same task. The next person can review its context and history. Approval belongs to a specific version; later changes require a new review.

Can I manage multiple clients, brands and projects?

Organize context, content, responsibilities and delivery records by client and project. Brand voice, project tasks and channel versions keep their own context, making it easier to continue the work.

What still needs human approval?

The owner confirms direction, product facts, tone and final delivery. Agent helps organize, draft, prepare versions and plan the schedule. Approvals in this demo do not contact real clients or publish to platforms.

Do I need to buy the knowledge base separately?

The knowledge base is built into Musuw's library, alongside brand, creator, product, customer and asset resources. It is no longer offered as a separate product.

Can I turn existing articles into HTML or PowerPoint?

This prototype turns a draft into an HTML page or PowerPoint deck for preview and download. Bring your own article to a demo to discuss the output format, structure and delivery requirements.

Can I use Musuw for website content and SEO/GEO?

Prepare website articles, product descriptions and FAQs using your brand resources, then keep them up to date. Dedicated SEO/GEO features are planned for a future release.

Which channels are supported? Can it publish automatically?

Prepare, preview, check and export versions, covers and assets for channels including WeChat, Xiaohongshu and X. Automatic publishing depends on the platform and available integration; confirm this in the demo.

What can I do by connecting WeChat to Agent?

Use WeChat to delegate tasks to your Agent in Musuw, check progress, receive results, and continue the same task. Available actions and approval steps depend on the connection configuration.

How do Feishu, WeCom, and CRM connect to Musuw?

Business connections are evaluated per project. We review accounts, platform APIs, and permissions, then define the scope of knowledge syncing, task updates, and customer records, including automation and human approval steps.

Can Agent automatically reply to customers and schedule follow-ups?

The customer library keeps customer context, opportunities, conversation records and next steps together. Automatic replies, timed follow-ups and CRM sync depend on the channel, authorization and agreed project scope.

How are deployment, security, and pricing decided for an integration?

Start with a specific customer communication or internal workflow. Map account permissions, data sources, human approval points, and deliverables. Then confirm deployment, data security, development and maintenance scope, and pricing for that project.

Which devices can I use? How do I get started?

Book a product demo. We will explain the current version's requirements, setup and access options based on your devices and how you or your team work.

How is pricing determined, and what support is available?

Pricing depends on users, clients, projects, model services and the workflow you need. During the demo, we explain device and account setup, model costs, and options for organizing resources, configuring workflows and training your team.
